Medication refills

We have changed our policy for medication refills and are now asking that parents call their pharmacy rather than our office to obtain refills. The pharmacy will then take down your information and contact us for an approval. We are making this change to help ensure that we get the correct information on the form and strength of the medication, as well as information on the previous refill history.
